Andy's journey began in the Retail Sector, transitioning seamlessly into the Health and Fitness industry. This foundation paved the way for an illustrious career spanning nearly two decades in Education. He embraced roles as a teacher and Pastoral Leader, eventually progressing into Senior Leadership. His deep passion and specialisation in supporting neurodiverse children saw him at the helm, running a school in an NHS Tier 4 CAMHS acute psychiatric hospital.
