Andy Reddy stands out as an adept neurodiversity coach with extensive credentials including an MSc in Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science. His coaching ethos is deeply rooted in psychology, using a cognitive behavioural approach to uniquely tailor strategies for every individual. Andy's multifaceted journey spans from the Retail Sector to the Health and Fitness domain, culminating in nearly two decades of dedicated service in Education. There, he shone as a compassionate teacher and an influential Pastoral Leader, notably steering a school within the NHS Tier 4 CAMHS acute psychiatric setting.
His leadership roles in Education have fine-tuned Andy's prowess in strategy development, team synergy, change management, and crafting custom training packages. His compelling public speaking skills have resonated with audiences, including schools and local authorities, throughout his career.
In 2020, he channeled his vast expertise and passion to set up his own coaching enterprise, aiming to guide others towards enlightened and triumphant decisions.
Beyond coaching, Andy is a dedicated Trustee of Autism Hampshire and an Includability and Autism ambassador. He is committed to fostering a more inclusive culture and is ready to collaborate with your company to break down barriers and inspire your staff.

Andy, our lead trainer, boasts profound expertise in neurodiversity and cognition, cemented by his senior leadership roles in education. With an MSc in Psychology and credentials as a SENCO, he possesses a deep grasp of mental health and special educational needs. His hands-on experience includes leading a school within the challenging environment of an NHS Tier 4 CAMHS acute psychiatric hospital and overseeing Special Educational Needs departments in various institutions.
More than his professional accolades, Andy offers invaluable personal insight. He navigates life with dyslexia and understands the nuances of supporting an autistic child—drawing from his journey with his own son in special education. These lived experiences enrich his approach, ensuring empathy and depth in his guidance. In his spare time Andy is a trustee of Autism Hampshire and an Includability and Autism ambassador.
